My total purchase showed over Rp 20,000 and I asked<br>\nfor the promised encyclopedia as I paid the bill at the cashier.<br>\nI was very disappointed to hear that the encyclopedias had \"run<br>\nout\" and that the prize system was \"no longer valid.\"<\/p>\n<p>If that was the case, why didn't the management inform the<br>\ncustomers? In fact, the brochure says that the promotion will<br>\nlast from Sept. 26, 1994 till Feb. 26, 1995. What about Hero's<br>\nslogan: We give you more for your money. Is this still valid?<\/p>\n<p>E.
