The owner of a nutrition fulfilment service unit (SPPG) in the Free\nNutritious Meals (MBG) programme, Hendrik Irawan, issued an apology\nafter his dance routine at an event with President Prabowo Subianto in\nSentul, Bogor last 3 June went viral again.<\/p>\n
Through his personal Instagram account, Hendrik apologised to the\nentire public because his actions had caused a commotion. He maintained\nthat he was merely cornered by several irresponsible parties.<\/p>\n
\u2018Essentially, I apologise to all the people of Indonesia for the\nuproar that has truly been twisted by a handful of certain people,\u2019 said\nHendrik.<\/p>\n
He also stressed that his dancing was not meant to demean any party.\nHendrik said he is just an ordinary citizen who must be close to\neveryone.<\/p>\n
He claimed his dance routine was actually requested by fellow\nparticipants at the event.<\/p>\n
\u2018And there was a friend who said, \u201cBro, can I join in the dancing?\u201d.\nSo in the end I danced around. But it turned into an uproar,\u2019 he\nsaid.<\/p>\n
Hendrik also offered an apology to the Head of the National Nutrition\nAgency (BGN), Nanik S. Deyang. He admitted he is proud to have Nanik as\nthe new BGN Head.<\/p>\n
\u2018So I also apologise to Mrs Nanik as the Chairperson of the BGN. I\nhope you are always healthy, long-lived, and blessed. I am proud to have\nyou as the new BGN Head,\u2019 said Hendrik.<\/p>\n
Hendrik had previously come under the spotlight because of his dance\nantics, which earned him the moniker \u2018cuan MBG\u2019, at the end of last\nMarch. As a consequence, his SPPG was temporarily shut down.<\/p>\n
