        "content": "<p>Heidelberger's cement bid<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Germany's cement producer Heidelberger Zement AG<br>\nhas not submitted its bid proposal for part of the government's<br>\n65 percent stake in the publicly listed cement producer PT Semen<br>\nGresik, according to the office of the state minister of<br>\nempowerment of state enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>Sofyan A. Djalil, deputy head of the office's communications<br>\ndepartment, said Saturday that the German cement producer would<br>\nbe allowed to participate in the next bidding process.<\/p>\n<p>\"Though Heidelberger has not submitted its bid in the first<br>\nstage, it would be consider to participate in the next bidding<br>\nprocess,\" the ministry's spokesperson Sofyan A Djalil said.<\/p>\n<p>Djalil said that there were two firms  -- Switzerland's<br>\nHolderbank Financiere Glarus and Mexico's Cemex CA -- which have<br>\nso far submitted their bids to purchase part of Semen Gresik's<br>\nstake.
