They were asked to provide direct criticism\nand suggestions. Chairudin was one of them.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that his school is part of the Jakarta Provincial\nGovernment\u2019s free private school programme and expressed his gratitude\nfor the programme.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank God, our school is one of the schools included in the free\nprivate school programme,\u201d said Chairudin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, what is your criticism for the Department of Education?\u201d Pramono\nasked.<\/p>\n<p>Before expressing his complaint, Chairudin first asked for permission\nfrom the Head of the Jakarta Provincial Department of Education,\nNahdiana.<\/p>\n<p>He then answered cautiously.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMay I, Madam?
