        "content": "<p>KOMPAS.com \u2013 Yemen\u2019s Ambassador to Indonesia, Salem Ahmed Abdulrahman\nBalfakeeh, warmly welcomed the visit of the Head of the Halal Product\nAssurance Organising Agency (BPJPH), Ahmad Haikal Hasan, to the Yemeni\nEmbassy in Jakarta on Thursday (23\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The meeting, which began with a shared breakfast, discussed enhancing\ngood relations and strengthening bilateral cooperation between Indonesia\nand Yemen in the field of halal product assurance, particularly\nregarding the registration mechanism for halal certificates for products\noriginating from Yemen that will enter the Indonesian market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis meeting ensures that the strengthening of cooperation between\nIndonesia and Yemen becomes increasingly productive with the support of\nan effective and accountable halal product registration and\ncertification process as a form of commitment to providing legal\ncertainty and consumer protection,\u201d said Haikal Hasan in a press release\nreceived by Kompas.com on Sunday (3\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised that this strengthening of cooperation aligns with the\nmandate of Law Number 33 of 2014 on Halal Product Assurance.
