        "content": "<p>Hatta charged with poll offense<\/p>\n<p>BANDUNG: Hatta Radjasa, a legislative candidate for the National<br>\nMandate Party (PAN), has been accused of the misuse of public<br>\nfacilities for campaign purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign activity on Thursday was not directly carried out<br>\nby Hatta, who is also the State Minister of Research and<br>\nTechnology, but by his wife Oktiniwati Ulfa Dariah.<\/p>\n<p>Ulfa offered free medical service at Pasundan community health<br>\ncenter on Jl. Pasundan in Bandung municipality, along with<br>\nanother PAN candidate Mariana Deden.<\/p>\n<p>Staff members of the health center said that Ulfa, Mariana and<br>\ntheir entourage suddenly descended on the health center and<br>\nunfurled a banner reading: \"Welcome Mrs. Hatta Radjasa.\"<\/p>\n<p>The group, wearing T-shirts bearing PAN symbols, also<br>\ndistributed party paraphernalia, including cigarette packs<br>\nbearing the picture of PAN chairman Amien Rais.
