        "content": "<p>The weakening of the rupiah, the decline in the stock market index,\nthe pressure on the real sector, and various corruption cases involving\npopulist policies are the results of poor state governance.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Secretary General of PDI Perjuangan, Hasto\nKristiyante, highlighted the depreciation of the rupiah exchange rate\nand ongoing corruption practices while commemorating the 125th birth\nanniversary of Indonesia\u2019s first President, Soekarno.<\/p>\n<p>In a press release received in Jakarta on Saturday, Hasto assessed\nthat these conditions are the impact of government governance that is\nnot functioning effectively.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe weakening of the rupiah, the decline in the stock market index,\nand the pressure on the real sector, as well as various corruption cases\ninvolving populist policies, are the fruits of poor state governance,\u201d\nsaid Hasto.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, these conditions are also influenced by a weak\nlegal system that can give rise to various practices of injustice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBung Karno emphasised that what the Indonesian people are fighting\nagainst is not the Dutch, but a lust that sucks and causes misery,\u201d he\nstated.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised the importance of using Bung Karno\u2019s \u2018Trisakti\u2019 as a\nguide to strengthen the nation, both in legal and economic aspects.<\/p>\n<p>Bung Karno\u2019s Trisakti consists of the principles of being sovereign\nin politics, self-reliant in economy, and having a personality in\nculture.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBung Karno\u2019s Trisakti is the will, determination, and path to\nbecoming a strong nation to face systems that produce people\u2019s\nsuffering.
