        "content": "<p>&apos;Handle foreigners with care&apos;: Mayor<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): North Jakarta Mayor Suprawito told subordinates<br>\nforeigners in the area must be handled extra carefully because<br>\nthere were so many of them passing through the port.<\/p>\n<p>The mayor who was officiating at the mayoralty&apos;s Coordinating<br>\nTeam for the Supervision of Foreigners (Sipora) yesterday, said<br>\ntight monitoring of all foreigners entering, living and working<br>\nin the capital city was essential.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Proper handling of foreigners and good service to them is<br>\nneeded.
