        "content": "<p>Central Java Deputy Governor Taj Yasin Maimoen has asked ulama and\ntarekat scholars to continue praying for the nation and its leaders so\nthey may carry out their mandate and realise good governance.<\/p>\n<p>He made the statement whilst attending the Manaqib Qubra, Istighosah,\nBahtsul Masail, Mursyid Gathering, and Grand Recitation of Jam\u2019iyyah\nAhlith Thoriqoh Al Mu\u2019tabaroh An Nahdliyyah (Jatman) Central Java-DIY at\nAl Ihya Ulumaddin Islamic Boarding School in Kesugihan, Cilacap Regency,\non Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>According to Gus Yasin, tarekat plays an important role in building\nspirituality. The dhikr practised is not only a personal act of worship\nbut also a prayer for the nation, the state, and the running of the\ngovernment.<\/p>\n<p>\"May the wheels of government be included in your prayers. The\ngovernment will run well thanks to the prayers of tarekat scholars and\nulama,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that strengthening faith was the first teaching of the\nProphet Muhammad. A person who is steadfast in dhikr will possess a\nspiritual awareness capable of preventing despicable acts, including\ncorruption.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Rais Jatman Central Java-DIY, Achmad Chalwani Nawawi,\nstated that ulama and tarekat scholars have played a significant role in\nthe history of the nation\u2019s struggle.
