        "content": "<p>Regent of Karangasem I Gusti Putu Parwata (Gus Par) has carried out\ntransfers of 65 officials within the Karangasem Regency Government\n(Pemkab). The dozens of officials consist of three high-level leadership\npositions (JPT), 25 administrative officials, and 37 supervisory\nofficials.<\/p>\n<p>The inauguration and oath-taking of the 65 Pemkab Karangasem\nofficials was held at Wantilan Sabha Prakerthi, Karangasem Regent\u2019s\nOffice, on Tuesday (31\/3\/2026). In his address, Gus Par stated that the\nofficial transfers aim to refresh the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is not merely a ceremonial activity, but rather an important\nmomentum to strengthen commitment and responsibility in carrying out the\nassigned duties,\u201d said Gus Par.<\/p>\n<p>Gus Par emphasised that the transfers are an effort to improve\nbureaucratic performance to be more optimal in providing services to the\npublic. He reminded all inaugurated officials to maintain integrity,\ndedication, and professionalism in undertaking their new roles.<\/p>\n<p>According to Gus Par, government management must be built with an\norientation towards public service and not merely administrative.\n\u201cCollaboration and synergy with all stakeholders is also one of the keys\nto running the wheels of government in the future,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>On that occasion, Gus Par also reminded all newly inaugurated\nofficials to create a harmonious, productive, and conducive work\nenvironment.
