He conveyed this during the opening of the Training on\nState-Owned Asset Management for People\u2019s School BMN Managers in 2026,\norganised by the Pusdiklatbangprof of the Ministry of Social Affairs in\nBekasi on Wednesday (6\/5). To the training participants, Gus Ipul\nstressed that People\u2019s Schools are a strategic national programme to\nbroaden access to education and social services for children from\nvulnerable families, particularly those in deciles 1 and 2 of the\nNational Social and Economic Single Data (DTSEN). Therefore, the\nmanagement of facilities and infrastructure must be conducted in an\norderly, professional, and rule-compliant manner. \u201cThis is the idea and\nstrategic programme of President Prabowo as part of the poverty\nalleviation process. People\u2019s Schools are designed to cut the chain of\npoverty,\u201d he said. In his directives, Gus Ipul emphasised four important\npoints in managing BMN for People\u2019s Schools. First, changing the\nperspective on BMN as an instrument of state services. \u201cBMN is not just\nan administrative and inventory matter, but an instrument of state\nservices,\u201d Gus Ipul asserted firmly. Gus Ipul explained that every\nasset, from beds and laptops to school buildings, must be utilised to\nimprove the quality of life and future of the students. Second, ensuring\norderly and accountable governance. According to Gus Ipul, People\u2019s\nSchools have become a public focus, so management must be neat and\naccountable. \u201cAdministration must be neat, recording must be complete,\nmanagement must be orderly, and procurement must be accountable. Record\nwhat you do, do what you record,\u201d advised Gus Ipul. Third, responding\nquickly to every evaluation and finding. Gus Ipul reminded that findings\nare not for blaming, but as alarms for improvement. \u201cIf there is a\nproblem, identify it quickly, complete it quickly, fix it quickly, and\ndo not repeat it,\u201d said Gus Ipul. Fourth, building a culture of\ndiscipline and transparency from the beginning. Gus Ipul emphasised that\nmany major bureaucratic problems start from small things that are\nignored.
