In<br>\nresponse to this letter, allow us to explain that in every<br>\nprocess of migration, either from the prepaid service to the<br>\npostpaid service, or the other way round, our officer at the XL<br>\nWalk-In Center will explain to the subscriber concerned about<br>\neverything related to the migration process, including the<br>\nadministration charges imposed. In the migration process of Mr.<br>\nLim Sulindro Limanto that you discussed in your letter, XL has<br>\nalso given its explanation to him.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the principle of prepaid service, this<br>\nsystem does not use the name of the owner as the identity in the<br>\ndata system of XL subscribers, but only the number of the<br>\ncellular phone. A change of owner of the number of the cellular<br>\nphone will not be monitored by this system. On the other hand, in<br>\nthe postpaid service, the data system of XL subscribers will<br>\nrecord the identity of the subscriber and the other data about<br>\nhim given when the subscriber completed the subscription<br>\napplication form.<\/p>\n<p>In your case, as the name mentioned in the application form is<br>\nthat of Mr. Lim Sulindro Limanto, we only recognize his name as<br>\nthe owner of No. 081-833-0321.
