        "content": "<p>PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM) has decided not to distribute\ndividends to its shareholders. The entire net profit for the 2025 fiscal\nyear will be used to strengthen the company\u2019s capital structure. This\nmatter has been agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of\nShareholders (RUPST). GRPM\u2019s Finance Director Lili Solihah stated that\nthe net profit for the year ended throughout 2025 experienced a decline\nof 8.7% year-on-year from Rp 4.78 billion to Rp 4.36 billion. \u201cThe net\nprofit for the year ended is down to Rp 4.36 billion. However, in terms\nof ratios, we have seen an increase from 0.68 to 1%,\u201d she said during a\nvirtual press conference on Monday (11\/5\/2026). Meanwhile, the company\u2019s\nsales rose to Rp 754.4 billion for the full year 2024 from Rp 705.5\nbillion the previous year. \u201cThis increase is a good note achieved by\nGRPM amid many sales declines experienced by similar companies in the\nindustry,\u201d she added.
