Gresik – The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency
(DPMPTSP) of Gresik Regency continues to boost digital public services
and proactive outreach for Business Identification Numbers (NIB). One
key strategy is strengthening the presence of Public Service Kiosks
(KPP) at the sub-district level to bring services closer to the
community.

The initiative has received praise from Gresik Deputy Regent Asluchul
Alif, who emphasised the importance of public services that are easy,
fast and transparent. “I appreciate the services already running at
DPMPTSP and the Gresik Public Service Mall (MPP),” said Deputy Regent
Alif during a visit to the DPMPTSP Gresik office on Wednesday
(30/4/2025).

Alif also encouraged the strengthening of public services at the
sub-district level to ensure more equitable distribution, particularly
for areas far from the regency centre. “But remember, these services
must not make things more difficult for the public. The principle must
be easy, fast and transparent,” he said.

Meanwhile, DPMPTSP Gresik Head AM Reza Pahlevi explained that his
office has opened KPPs in several sub-districts and will continue to
expand service coverage. “We have begun opening KPPs in a number of
sub-districts. To maintain service quality, we train sub-district
officers regularly. We ensure that service standards are maintained,”
said Reza.

The effort is in line with the Gresik Tuntas programme under the Nawa
Karsa agenda, which focuses on strengthening public services down to the
sub-district level. Through the KPPs, residents can now access various
services including population administration, MSME licensing, home
industry food production permits (PIRT), NIB, and Online Single
Submission (OSS) services, without having to travel to the MPP in the
city centre.

“We remain committed to providing easier services to the public,”
Reza affirmed.

DPMPTSP Gresik is also driving improvements in service quality
through various innovations, including an investment monitoring
programme and the SIP DINDA (Digital and Secure Licensing Information
System) innovation. Through this system, the licensing process has
become faster, more secure and electronically integrated.

As of April 2025, a total of 74,420 Business Identification Numbers
have been issued through SIP DINDA. “Going forward, we are targeting
these services to reach all 16 sub-districts through a proactive
outreach scheme. The output of this programme includes 2,000 business
operators who have obtained NIB online through the OSS system,” Reza
concluded.
",
