Gradiant has appointed Dr.\u00a0Nish Vora as Managing Director for the\nAmericas to accelerate its growth momentum in the region. Dr.\u00a0Vora is a\nproven growth leader who has held senior leadership positions at GE\nWater, Suez Water Technologies, and most recently at Veolia Water\nTechnologies and Solutions. His engineering and commercial leadership\naligns closely with Gradiant\u2019s culture of \u2018Innovation with Speed\u2019 for\nits customers. Alongside this appointment, Gradiant is opening new\noffices in Phoenix, Syracuse, and Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
The company also launched a Global Innovation Center in Houston\ndedicated to developing next-generation treatment technologies in North\nAmerica and has increased its U.S. headcount by 55% since the beginning\nof the year to date.<\/p>\n
Reinforcing this momentum, Gradiant has secured new long-term\nOperations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts, including operating the\nUltrapure Water (UPW) system of a leading chip company. Gradiant will\nmanage water quality, reliability, and compliance, allowing the customer\nto focus on its core production activities.<\/p>\n
These successes leverage Gradiant\u2019s global expertise in UPW,\nincluding experienced teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia\nPacific, strengthened by its growing local presence in the U.S. This\napproach is being applied as Gradiant scales its O&M capabilities in\nthe U.S. Gradiant was selected for its customer-centric approach, speed\nof deployment, and deep O&M expertise.<\/p>\n
