        "content": "<p>Grab Indonesia has announced the closure of the Budget Access\nSubscription Programme for GrabBike partner drivers on 19 May 2026 as\npart of an adjustment to services to ensure the sustainability of the\nonline transport ecosystem. Chief Executive Neneng Goenadi said the\ncompany believes the programme needs to be tidied to be more optimal\ngoing forward. \u2018The closure of the subscription programme is necessary\nas Grab Indonesia sees the need for a better adjustment,\u2019 she said in an\nofficial statement, cited on 20 May 2026. \u2018The closure of this\nsubscription programme is also aimed at creating a sustainable ecosystem\nfor all parties,\u2019 she added.<\/p>\n<p>Although the subscription for driver partners is being terminated,\nGrab said GrabBike Hemat service for consumers remains available. The\ncompany stated that cost adjustments will be implemented in a measured\nmanner while still considering affordability for the public. For\nGrabBike Standard, Grab confirmed that there has been no fare increase\nfor users at this time. It reiterated its commitment to maintaining\ndriver welfare amid the dynamics of the online transport industry.\n\u2018Driver welfare is our top priority.
