        "content": "<p>The Central Leadership of GP Ansor has set 2026 as a momentum for\nhuman resource development alongside a transformation in the\norganisation\u2019s cadre system. This step is deemed essential to strengthen\nthe quality of cadre leadership as well as the future direction of the\norganisational movement.<\/p>\n<p>GP Ansor General Chairman Addin Jauharudin conveyed this agenda while\nopening the Eighth Banser Leadership Course (Susbanpim) at the Polri\nCommunity Guidance Education Centre in Semarang on Thursday\n(14\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo civilisation advances, no organisation advances without building\nhuman resources,\u201d said Addin on Thursday (14\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Susbanpim VIII runs from 12 to 17 May 2026 and is attended by dozens\nof participants from various regions in Indonesia, including Bali,\nCentral Kalimantan, Riau Islands, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Lampung,\nBanten, Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and the Special\nRegion of Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Addin stressed that the progress of an organisation or civilisation\nis greatly determined by the quality of the people within it. Therefore,\nthe GP Ansor Central Board is preparing ten high-level cadre agendas\nuntil December 2026, spread across various regional zones in Indonesia,\nranging from LI 1, PKN, Susbanpim, to SESKO levels.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis transformation targets not only quantity but also quality\nthrough curriculum renewal, methodology, resource persons, and\norganisational work patterns,\u201d said Addin.<\/p>\n<p>He also emphasised that the identity of the Barisan Ansor Serbaguna\nor Banser is not merely a uniformed force, but a brotherhood of struggle\nbuilt on values, traditions, loyalty, and an orderly command system.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA sentence becomes meaningful because of structure, function, and\nposition. Similarly, an organisation cannot function without structure,\ntroops cannot move without command, and a movement will not succeed\nwithout task division,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Addin reminded that the primary task of cadres is to build a legacy\nbeneficial to future generations. According to him, GP Ansor\u2019s grand\nmission transcends administrative matters as it concerns the\nresponsibility to safeguard the nation, state, religion, and Nahdlatul\nUlama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBe a leader for yourself and set an example that friends are a\nsource of inspiration, a source of morality, and a source of exemplary\nconduct,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
