        "content": "<p>Govt promotes 'Yes and No' lifestyle<\/p>\n<p>Celebrating National Health Day in Jakarta on Tuesday,<br>\nMinister of Health Achmad Sujudi launched a national health<br>\ncampaign by urging the public to say \"yes\" to what it has<br>\nidentified as four healthy habits and \"no\" to four bad ones.<\/p>\n<p>Sujudi also urged the public to say \"yes\" to regular physical<br>\nworkouts, eating nutritious food, controlling stress and<br>\nprotecting the environment.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, people should say \"no\" to smoking, drinking<br>\nalcohol drinks or liquor, using drugs and sex before marriage.<\/p>\n<p>During the celebration, Minister Sujudi also explained that<br>\nhis office had produced a guidance book for a healthy life.<\/p>\n<p>\"If everyone follows the guide, we can achieve our target for<br>\nHealthy Indonesia 2010, and that would be a milestone for us,\" he<br>\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>He urged non-governmental organizations and regional<br>\nadministrations to help promote healthy lifestyles for the<br>\npublic.<\/p>\n<p>On the same occasion, the minister also cautioned people over<br>\na possible outbreak of dengue fever during this time of climatic<br>\ntransition from the dry to the rainy season.<\/p>\n<p>Sujudi said that people should start cleaning up their<br>\nsurroundings to prevent the Aedes aegepty mosquito, which caused<br>\ndengue fever, from breeding.<\/p>\n<p>The recent outbreak of dengue fever reported in the West<br>\nKalimantan capital of Pontianak, claimed at least 18 lives.<\/p>\n<p>A total 1,140 dengue fever cases were discovered in the area<br>\nover the past 10 months, with a sharp increase in the first week<br>\nof November, at 82 cases.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Health has recorded that dengue fever attacks<br>\n16 people per 100,000 of the population. -- JP<\/p>",
