        "content": "<p>Govt officials to be summoned<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: A minister will summon top government officials who have<br>\na double posting in private companies.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of State Administrative Reform, Feisal Tamin,<br>\nsaid on Wednesday that among the officials to be summoned were<br>\nthe head of the National Land Agency (BPN), Lutfi Nasution and<br>\nthe secretary general of the Ministry of Resettlement and<br>\nRegional Infrastructure, Djoko Kirmanto.<\/p>\n<p>Feisal will also summon an Indonesian Bank Restructuring<br>\nAgency (BPPN) official to clarify the two government official's<br>\nstatus in the private sector.<\/p>\n<p>\"Based on the government regulation No 30\/1980 on civil<br>\nservants, it is illegal for government officials to become the<br>\ndirectors or commissioners of private companies,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>Lutfi is now holding the post of commissioner chief, and Joko<br>\nthe vice commissioner chief, of property company PT Bumi Serpong<br>\nDamai.<\/p>\n<p>BPPN asked both officials to chair the posts.<br>\n-Antara<\/p>",
