        "content": "<p>The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has realised the free private\nschool programme as a concrete step to expand educational access for the\ncommunity. This year, in accordance with the Governor\u2019s Decree of DKI\nJakarta Number 312 of 2025, 103 private schools are included in the\nprogramme with a total budget allocation of Rp 253,625,139,600. Forty\ncontinuing private schools will receive funding for 12 months, from\nJanuary to December 2026. Meanwhile, 63 new recipient private schools\nwill receive funding for 6 months, from July to December 2026. The free\nprivate school programme covers levels from primary school, junior\nsecondary school, senior secondary school\/vocational school, to special\nschools, spread across Jakarta\u2019s five administrative city areas. DKI\nJakarta Governor Pramono Anung stated that this policy is a\nmanifestation of the Provincial Government\u2019s seriousness in ensuring\nthat Jakarta\u2019s children continue to receive decent education, including\nfor families with economic limitations. \u201cJakarta is seriously beginning\nto allocate a budget for free private schools. Hopefully, what the DKI\nJakarta Provincial Government is doing can break the chain of misfortune\nin underprivileged families,\u201d he said on Saturday (25\/4\/2026). In\naddition to the free private school programme, the DKI Jakarta\nProvincial Government ensures that various other educational assistance\nprogrammes continue, such as the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP), Jakarta\nOutstanding Student Card (KJMU), and the transcript clearance programme.\nGovernor Pramono conveyed congratulations to all beneficiaries, both the\nschools and the programme\u2019s educational aid participants.
