        "content": "<p>The Indonesian government is currently studying the application of a\nFamily Office scheme to attract global fund flows into the country. One\nof the models under review is from Abu Dhabi, which has been deemed\nsuccessful in managing investments from wealthy families. Minister of\nInvestment and Downstreaming, as well as Head of BKPM, Rosan Roeslani,\nstated that discussions on establishing a Family Office in Indonesia are\nbeing conducted jointly with the National Economic Council (DEN). Both\nparties are delving into various regulatory aspects and operational\nmechanisms to ensure the scheme runs effectively. According to Rosan,\nthe team from the Ministry of Investment and DEN is currently conducting\nan intensive study on the required regulations and the most suitable\nsystem to implement in Indonesia. \u201cWe are also discussing with DEN,\nstudying the development of this Family Office, what rules are needed,\nand most importantly, how it can truly function if implemented,\u201d said\nRosan in Jakarta on Monday (13\/4). He explained that the government\nviews the Family Office system applied in Abu Dhabi as one of the quite\nsuccessful examples in attracting and managing global investment funds.\n\u201cIt seems to use more of the Abu Dhabi Family Office system, because\nthat is one of the most successful. We are proceeding with that,\u201d he\nsaid.
