        "content": "<p>The National Selection Committee (Panselnas) has officially revoked\nthe provision imposing a penalty of Rp 100 million on prospective\nmanagers of the Koperasi Merah Putih who resign. This is stipulated in\nAnnouncement Number 09 of 2026, signed by the Deputy Head of the\nState-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN) Tedi Bharata on 17\nJune 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Panselnas stated that the adjustment of the provision is part of\nrefinements and reflects the spirit of opening the widest possible\nopportunity for the nation\u2019s best sons and daughters to contribute to\nPresident Prabowo Subianto\u2019s priority programme.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo ensure there are no administrative barriers preventing the best\ntalent from joining, the provision in Appendix I of the Statement Letter\nPoint 13 regarding the financial consequence of a penalty amounting to\nRp 100,000,000.00 (one hundred million rupiah) is revoked and declared\ninvalid,\u201d Panselnas wrote in the official announcement cited on Friday\n(19\/6).<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, it said, every participant can undergo all stages of\ntraining and human resource development more freely and with full focus\non personal capacity building.<\/p>\n<p>Along with this adjustment of administrative requirements, Panselnas\nplaces great hope on all participants declared successful to continue\nprioritising commitment, seriousness, and full dedication in completing\nthe entire series of programme stages in accordance with applicable\nregulations.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, successful participants who had previously submitted their\nresignation due to the provision stated in Appendix I of the Statement\nLetter Point 13 can submit confirmation of their willingness to\nparticipate in the training and human resource development stages\nthrough the official Panselnas portal https:\/\/phtc.panselnas.go.id\/,\nstarting from 17 to 23 June 2026 at 10.00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPanselnas remains committed to conducting a selection process that\nis full of integrity, accountable, and always prioritises public\nparticipation to realise the success of the priority Development\nprogramme,\u201d it concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, a statement letter circulated which, among its contents,\nrequired prospective managers of the Koperasi Merah Putih to sign a\ndraft penalty of Rp 100 million if they resigned. This went viral and\nsparked strong public protest before finally being officially\nrevoked.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the fine, the requirement also included an obligation\nto attend basic military training and uncertain placement. A number of\nprospective managers chose to withdraw from the selection process before\nthe signing was carried out.<\/p>",
