        "content": "<p>The government is preparing the Master Plan for Accelerating\nPost-Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (PRRP) for the regions\nof Aceh and Sumatra, with a budget requirement of Rp 100.2 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>This funding will be met through the Additional Budget Mechanism\n(ABT) in 2026, as well as the Government Work Plan (RKP) and Draft State\nBudget (RAPBN) in 2027 and 2028.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn this plan, the total budget requirement for recovering\ndisaster-affected areas reaches Rp 100.2 trillion over a three-year\nimplementation period from 2026 to 2028,\u201d said Coordinating Minister for\nHuman Development and Culture (Menko PMK) Pratikno, after leading a\nmeeting on accelerating rehabilitation and reconstruction on Monday\n(6\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Following this, the PRRP will be reviewed again by the Task Force for\nAccelerating Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (Satgas PRR).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe legal product of this master plan will subsequently be submitted\nin the form of a Presidential Regulation (Perpres). It is currently in\nthe finalisation process and will then be submitted by the Ministry of\nNational Development Planning\/Bappenas to be established as the basis\nfor budgeting,\u201d Pratikno stated.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, as Chair of the Satgas PRR Advisory Team, he urged the\nTask Force, along with relevant ministries and institutions, to\ndetermine the priority programmes to be implemented in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter a re-review involving the Task Force, Bappenas, and relevant\nMinistries\/Institutions, including BNPB, the programme allocations must\nbe promptly determined. Once again, speed is crucial in disaster\nmanagement,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to the plan, the handling will enter the rehabilitation and\nreconstruction phase in April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Recovery efforts for affected areas will focus on five main sectors:\nsettlements, infrastructure, economy, social, and cross-sectoral.<\/p>\n<p>Over the three-year period, the recovery programme is planned to\ncover 12,047 activities with a total budget of Rp 100.2 trillion.<\/p>",
