The\nintegration aims to simplify the licensing process while ensuring that\nforeign workers are employed according to specific workforce needs and\nrequired competencies.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Manpower, Yassierli, said the integration is part of the\ngovernment\u2019s efforts to facilitate business activities by providing\nsimpler, faster, and more certain services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis integration of foreign worker services is part of the\ngovernment\u2019s efforts to make things easier for businesses. The process\nmust be simpler, faster, and provide certainty. The integration should\nnot add more steps, but instead deliver better services,\u201d Yassierli said\nin Jakarta, Wednesday, September 9, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The system integrates the Ministry of Manpower\u2019s SIAPKerja system\nwith the All Indonesia system operated by the Ministry of Immigration\nand Corrections. According to Yassierli, foreign workers play a role in\nmeeting specific workforce competency needs, including supporting\ntechnology and skills transfers and strengthening the employment of\nlocal workers.<\/p>\n<p>He expressed his appreciation for the collaboration among the\nMinistry of Manpower, the Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming\/Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), and the\nMinistry of Immigration and Corrections in establishing the integrated\nforeign worker service.<\/p>\n<p>He said cross-ministerial cooperation is an important part of\ndeveloping effective public services that are responsive to the needs of\nthe business sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGood public services require collaboration.
