"summary": "Indonesia's Deputy Minister for Home Affairs has emphasised that no person with disabilities should remain unregistered, underscoring the government's commitment to inclusive data systems that recognise and protect all citizens' rights. The Home Affairs Ministry is enhancing data collection through a name-, address-, and condition-based approach, integrating it into the National Integrated Social and Economic Data (DTSEN) to improve public service delivery and aid distribution across ministries and regions. This initiative, supported by updated regulations replacing outdated terminology and collaborations with organisations like the Thisable Foundation, has already resulted in issuing population documents to over 722,000 persons with disabilities via proactive outreach, aiming for truly inclusive national development.",
