        "content": "<p>Through national talent management, the government is building the\nnational music ecosystem, particularly for young people engaged in both\ntraditional and contemporary music, Culture Minister Fadli Zon\nstated.<\/p>\n<p>The minister made the statement while attending the peak celebration\nof National Music Day 2026 held at the Banten Provincial Government\nBuilding in Serang on Monday evening.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough national talent management, we are building our music\necosystem, especially for young people, whether they are engaged in\ntraditional or contemporary music,\u201d said Menbud Fadli Zon.<\/p>\n<p>The government is committed to facilitating young musicians, from\ncommunity arts studios to international stages.<\/p>\n<p>However, the minister noted that traditional music requires stronger\ngovernment affirmation compared to contemporary music, which already has\nan established industry platform.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, the minister also emphasised the importance of\ncross-sector collaboration between the central government, provinces,\ndistricts\/cities, and cultural figures and artists to ensure the\nsustainability of this ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>National Music Day, observed annually on 9 March, coincides with the\nbirthday of national hero and great composer W.R.
