        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2013 Google is set to end Gemini AI Plus subscribers\u2019\naccess to its Pro-level artificial intelligence (AI) model from November\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>Reported by 9 to 5 Google on Wednesday (14 October), the announcement\ncame shortly before Argon was introduced as the latest high-performance\nAI model in the Gemini service.<\/p>\n<p>The company said Gemini 4 Argon would be available to Gemini AI Pro\nand AI Ultra subscribers, while Gemini AI Plus customers would lose\naccess to Pro models entirely.<\/p>\n<p>In a notification, Google said the Gemini Pro model would no longer\nbe available to AI Plus subscribers from 13 November.<\/p>\n<p>AI Plus subscribers will be able to use only two types of model in\nthe Gemini app: Gemini Flash-Lite and Gemini Flash.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom 13 November 2026, the ability to select a Pro model in both the\nGemini app and AI Mode in Google Search will be available only to Google\nAI Pro subscribers and above,\u201d the notice informing Gemini AI Plus\nsubscribers of the end of access to Gemini Pro said.<\/p>\n<p>Some Gemini AI Plus subscribers have also reported receiving the same\nnotification by email, corroborating that their access to the Gemini Pro\nmodel will end on 13 November 2026.<\/p>\n<p>To access more advanced AI models such as Gemini 4 Argon, customers\nwill need to subscribe to a more expensive plan, priced at US$19.99\n(around Rp358,000) per month.<\/p>\n<p>A no-subscription option will still be available, but Google will\nprovide access only to the Gemini Flash-Lite model.<\/p>",
