Saklil told The Jakarta Post the<br>\ndemonstration led by Yemius Miage was held on the grounds of the<br>\nregional legislative council.<\/p>\n<p>Antara had reported from Wamena that Golkar chairman and head<br>\nof the regional council Budiman Kogeya beat a local, Lari Kogeya,<br>\nfor building a traditional house (honai) on his land, injuring<br>\nLari's right hand.
