Golfers to join St. Patrick Blues<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): More than 120 national and international golfers
\nwill attend the St. Patrick Blues' golf tournament at the
\nImperial Golf Club at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang, on Friday.<\/p>\n
Golf club sales and public relations manager Perucha Hutagaol,
\nsaid in a release on Thursday that the tournament, which offers
\ntrophies and various prizes from sponsors, would apply the United
\nStates Golf Association (USGA) rules and have a 36 handicapping
\nsystem.<\/p>\n
She said a handicap limit for male golfers was 24 and 28 for
\nwomen.<\/p>\n
\"The 1999 best gross overall, Mr. Alan, will also compete in
\nthis event. The winners are divided into three categories: best
\nNett I, II and III from the A Flight, B Flight and Ladies
\nFlight,\" she said.<\/p>\n
Perucha said the tournament would also award individuals'
\nabilities, such as \"the longest drive\" and \"the nearest to the
\npin\".<\/p>\n
The tournament coincides with the traditional Irish holiday of
\nSt. Patrick's Day on March 17. The holiday commemorates St.
