        "content": "<p>Golden Agri buys two units<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (AFX-ASIA): Golden Agri-Resources Ltd said it has<br>\nacquired two new units, PT Trimeru and PT Gemamina Kencana, for<br>\nUS$362,134 and $395,062 respectively from Selamet Andrianto<br>\nGerdiman.<\/p>\n<p>Both acquisitions currently hold plantation licenses and are<br>\ninvolved in the palm oil business.<\/p>\n<p>The company also said it has a 50.32 percent stake in a newly<br>\nincorporated Indonesian unit, PT SMART Virtual Dotkom, which has<br>\nan authorized capital as well as an issued and paid-up capital of<br>\napproximately $6,173.<\/p>\n<p>The company also said unit PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and<br>\nTechnology has disposed of its 74 shares in PT SMART Virtual to<br>\nPT Duta Jakarta Sejahtera, for approximately $6,091.<\/p>",
