GM open two new dealerships<\/p>\n
JAKARTA: PT General Motors Indonesia (GMI) announced recently
\nthat it has opened two new Chevrolet dealerships in Bandung and
\nSemarang to further strengthen its customer service outside the
\nGreater Jakarta area.<\/p>\n
Both dealerships offer sales, service and spare parts services
\noperated by two different companies.<\/p>\n
The dealership in Bandung is operated by PT Surya Sinergi
\nTransportama under the Allbrite brand while the one in Semarang
\nis run by PT Sun Motor. These new facilities bring the total
\nChevrolet network across Indonesia to 37 dealerships, six
\nshowroom outlets and five authorized service centers.<\/p>\n
\"Now that we have a solid range of passenger vehicles in
\nIndonesia, including award-winning models such as Optra, Aveo and
\nSpark, our job is to make sure these popular models are
\nadequately represented especially in other major cities outside
\nof Jakarta,\" said Harold Koh, president director of GMI.<\/p>\n
Koh added that the company is committed to a US$7.5 million
\nscheme aimed at providing customers with easy access to highly
\nprofessional sales staff, competent mechanics and readily
