Global Teleshop goes online<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Mobile phone distributor PT Cipta Multi Usaha
\nPerkasa (MUP) introduced on Wednesday its online shopping site at
\nwww.globalteleshop.com.<\/p>\n
\"The site is an extension of our retail shops, Global
\nTeleshop,\" project manager for Global Teleshop Online Andreas
\nThamrin said at a media conference.<\/p>\n
Customers can shop for mobile phones and accessories through
\nthe site and can pay through check\/giro or by bank transfer, he
\nsaid.<\/p>\n
MUP general manager for sales and after sales service Handojo
\nsaid the company would cooperate with Bank Internasional
\nIndonesia (BII) and Citibank so credit cardholders from the two
\nbanks could charge purchases to their accounts.<\/p>\n
\"Hopefully the negotiations can be finalized before the end of
\nthe year,\" he said.<\/p>\n
Teleshop guarantees three-day delivery or some form of
\ncompensation, Handojo said, although the form of compensation
\nwould have to be discussed.<\/p>\n
MUP has 70 Teleshop outlets in 15 cities across Indonesia.
