Shareholders of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) are set to\nreceive a cash dividend of Rp11.85 per share on 25 June 2026. The\ndividend distribution was approved during the Annual General Meeting of\nShareholders (AGMS) held on Thursday, 4 June 2026.<\/p>\n
The Director of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, Suantopo Po, stated that\nthe total dividend to be distributed amounts to Rp396.2 billion, which\nis equivalent to 50 per cent of the net profit for the 2025 fiscal\nyear.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe dividend to be distributed is Rp396.2 billion. Per share, it is\nRp11.85 and will be distributed on 25 June 2026,\u201d Suantopo said during a\npublic expose at Alfa Tower, Tangerang, on Thursday (4\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n
According to him, the value of the dividends distributed this year\nhas increased by approximately 61 per cent compared to the previous\nfiscal year. Furthermore, the company has increased the portion of\nprofits distributed to shareholders from 45 per cent to 50 per cent.<\/p>\n
This increase in dividends aligns with the company\u2019s performance\ngrowth throughout the past year. Alfamidi recorded a net profit of\nRp792.36 billion in 2025, a 45 per cent increase compared to the\nprevious year\u2019s profit of Rp546.41 billion.<\/p>\n
In terms of revenue, the company recorded net sales of Rp20.64\ntrillion, up 3.79 per cent compared to the 2024 realisation of Rp19.89\ntrillion.<\/p>\n
