        "content": "<p>Germany trains RI on tax, finance<\/p>\n<p>YOGYAKARTA: Two German government-supported organizations, GTZ<br>\n(Gesellschaft fur technische Zusammenarbeit) and InWEnt<br>\n(Internationale Weiterbildung und Entwicklung gGmbH) are holding<br>\na four-day training seminar on taxes, financial management and<br>\nthe business climate for 30 provincial administration officials,<br>\nstarting on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Team Leader of InWEnt&apos;s South East Asia Capacity Building team<br>\nRichard Ratka said InWEnt and GTZ planned to hold two training<br>\nsessions per year over the next three years.<\/p>\n<p>The program is focusing on the identification of structural<br>\ndifferences between financial management systems and approaches<br>\nin both Indonesia and Germany; the consideration of feasible<br>\napplications of management policies and practices at provincial<br>\nand national levels and the identification of capacity<br>\ndevelopment in the public sector. -- JP<\/p>",
