Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) has recorded a significant\nincrease in its gold instalment product, dominated by Gen Z and\nmillennials.<\/p>\n<p>In the last year, BSI\u2019s gold instalment growth reached 123.18%\nyear-on-year. Approximately 61.5% of customers come from Gen Z and\nmillennial demographics.<\/p>\n<p>BSI\u2019s Director of Sales and Distribution, Anton Sukarna, stated that\ngold serves as a relatively stable and safe investment instrument for\nmedium- to long-term horizons.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough this programme, we are opening the widest possible access\nfor the younger generation to start investing from an early age,\u201d he\nsaid in Banda Aceh on Thursday, 30 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>BSI provides gold bullion instalment services starting from 5 grams\nwith tenures of one to five years. The light instalment scheme is deemed\nsuitable for young people who wish to invest but face initial capital\nlimitations.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, gold instalment applications can now be made digitally\nvia the BYOND by BSI app. Customers can access real-time gold prices and\nenjoy a quick and practical application process.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of the Hajj season, BSI also offers financial solutions through\ngold instalment and gold pawn products.
