        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The case of the caustic water attack on KontraS\nactivist (Commission for the Disappeared and Victims of Violence),\nAndrie Yunus, has sparked major questions about who the intellectual\nactors are behind this terror, and what interests are at play?<\/p>\n<p>Executive Director of Amnesty International Indonesia, Usman Hamid,\nstated that the terror against Andrie did not occur just overnight.<\/p>\n<p>It turns out Andrie had been receiving terror and surveillance since\nhe actively voiced opposition to the TNI Bill (now enacted as Law No.\u00a03\nof 2025) as it progressed through the Indonesian House of\nRepresentatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAndrie, if I\u2019m not mistaken, three or four days earlier went back to\nhis hometown in West Java, just to visit home, and he told his family\nthat he felt he was being followed,\u201d Usman said in the Gaspol!
