They have engineered a system against the interests<br>\nof the customers. In fact most tickets now cost more.<\/p>\n<p>When I order a ticket, I want that ticket, not a ticket that<br>\nwill give me certain advantages that I don't need. I will switch<br>\nto another airline due to this, but hopefully Garuda will change<br>\nthe person who has introduced this obsolete, confusing system<br>\nwhich is not customer-friendly.<\/p>\n<p>Another point is the cancellation of the flights to Amsterdam<br>\nand Frankfurt from Jan. 22, 2003.
