        "content": "<p>Garuda suspends detained staff<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia has suspended three<br>\nemployees who have been named suspects in the poisoning death of<br>\nnoted human rights activist Munir, an official said.<\/p>\n<p>Ari Sapari, the company's operations director, said after a<br>\nmeeting with Vice President Jusuf Kalla on Tuesday that the move<br>\nwas in accordance with Garuda's internal regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The police have declared pilot\/aviation security officer<br>\nPollycarpus Budihari Priyanto and flight attendants Yeti<br>\nSusmiyarti and Oedi Irianto suspects in the case and detained<br>\nthem. Investigators extended Pollycarpus' detention on Monday for<br>\nanother 60 days.<\/p>\n<p>Munir was found dead aboard a Garuda flight from Jakarta to<br>\nAmsterdam on Sept. 7 last year. An autopsy conducted by the Dutch<br>\nauthorities found an excessive amount of arsenic in Munir's body.<br>\n-- JP<\/p>",
