For rescheduling, passengers with First\nClass, Business Class, and Economy Class tickets will receive unlimited\nflight changes without charge, free of cost. Meanwhile, passengers with\npromotional Economy Class tickets can make flight changes a maximum of\none time without fees. This flight adjustment policy applies to both\ndomestic and international flights. For refunds, international flight\npassengers in First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class comfort\ncategory will receive a 100% refund. Then, international flight\npassengers in First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class flexible\nand promotional categories will incur applicable fees according to the\nflight route.
