        "content": "<p>Garuda falls short<\/p>\n<p>From Pelita<\/p>\n<p>On Oct. 12, 2001, my nephew flew on flight GA-185 from Medan<br>\nto Jakarta. The departure from Medan and arrival at Soekarno-<br>\nHatta International Airport were both on schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the passengers had to wait 25 minutes for the<br>\nbus that was to take them to Terminal II.<\/p>\n<p>My nephew was really disappointed with the service of the<br>\nstate-owned flag carrier as almost every day some private<br>\ntelevision station here airs its ads saying that Garuda has<br>\nimproved its service. This incident, however, has proved<br>\notherwise.<\/p>\n<p>It would be better if Garuda, rather than spending huge<br>\namounts on its promotional campaign, provided more buses so it<br>\ncould ensure that the airline provided better service to its<br>\ncustomers.
