But, in reality, cleanliness in the<br>\npopular park is merely a continuous dream. Why is it so difficult<br>\nto make the area clean? It seems maintaining cleanliness depends<br>\nlargely on the people who use the park. Visitors are invariably<br>\ntoo careless and reluctant to put their rubbish in bins. They<br>\njust litter as they please. This is especially true when visitors<br>\ncome in groups, be they school children or employees.
