"summary": "PDI-P Deputy Chairman Ganjar Pranowo has expressed scepticism about the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) proposal to mandate party cadre training as a prerequisite for presidential and vice-presidential candidates, stating that it would be difficult to enforce. He emphasised that while ideal for party-nominated candidates, such a requirement cannot apply universally since presidential hopefuls may come from outside political parties. Ganjar also highlighted the varying capacities of parties to develop cadres and noted that the public can assess candidates based on their track records, education, and experience.",
