        "content": "<p>Gambling on bus<\/p>\n<p>From Neraca<\/p>\n<p>I praise the new PATAS (Limited Passenger) bus service No. 67<br>\nplying the Blok M-Senen route, passing along Jl. Diponegoro, as<br>\nthe driver drives properly and does not transfer the passengers<br>\nto other buses for silly reasons. This bus is more convenient<br>\nthan the other double-decker bus service, No. 14, which is old<br>\nand often breaks down.<\/p>\n<p>However, on Oct. 5, I boarded bus No. 67, at Tosari, and<br>\nbecause the lower deck was already crowded I went to the upper<br>\ndeck and found a seat. I was shocked to find a group of<br>\nhigh school students still in their senior high school uniforms<br>\ngambling with dominoes. Occasionally they burst into wild<br>\nlaughter and uttered unpleasant words.<\/p>\n<p>Their behavior was quite a nuisance to other passengers but<br>\nnothing could be done for fear of unexpected and brutal reactions<br>\nfrom the students.<\/p>\n<p>I suggest that measures be taken against students gambling<br>\nwhen they are riding in a bus.<\/p>\n<p>SARAH WIDIASTUTI<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta<\/p>",
