        "content": "<p>Frequent absence of water supply<\/p>\n<p>From Media Indonesia<\/p>\n<p>I have lived in Slipi, West Jakarta, since July 2002 and have<br>\nfound that the service from the city water company is very poor.<\/p>\n<p>At first I thought it was caused by the S. Parman road<br>\nexpansion project but was wrong, as even after completion of the<br>\nproject, the service was still very bad. I often cannot obtain<br>\nwater supply.<\/p>\n<p>I tried to contact the call center, but to no avail. Then, on<br>\nDec. 10, 2002, there was no drinking water at all, without prior<br>\nnotice. Only on the following morning was there a notice in the<br>\nmedia that the water supply had been stopped for three days.<\/p>\n<p>I tried to contact the call center again and also the West<br>\nJakarta municipality head. I was told that the head had<br>\ncomplained about this matter to the city water company, but also<br>\nto no avail.<\/p>\n<p>The company should be responsive to complaints from the public<br>\nand realize that it must serve the public properly.<\/p>\n<p>RETNO TRIANI JOHAN, Jakarta<\/p>",
