        "content": "<p>A free burial shroud bank has been opened for underprivileged\ncommunities on Jalan Gatot Subroto, Bandung City. Neighbourhood and\ncommunity unit heads can visit the aspiration house of House of\nRepresentatives (DPR) Commission XI member Fathi to obtain the shrouds\nfor use when a resident passes away. Fathi stated that the presence of\nthe shroud bank aims to assist disadvantaged residents in the Bandung\nand Cimahi areas. He noted that he frequently receives reports of\nfamilies struggling to obtain a shroud after a death. \u201cThe aim is to\nhelp the community; if someone dies and has difficulty obtaining a\nshroud, they can come directly here and we will provide it free of\ncharge,\u201d he said on Saturday (4\/7\/2026). He explained that many\nunderprivileged residents have to borrow money to buy a shroud for a\ndeceased family member. The distribution of shrouds is flexible, based\non the needs of the community. \u201cWe give two to three packages per\ncommunity unit. So, we have distributed several thousand packages so\nfar,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
