        "content": "<p>Free aerobic workouts at Senayan<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Five trainers will lead aerobic workouts of various<br>\nendurance levels at the West Plaza of Bung Karno sports stadium<br>\nin South Jakarta early on Sunday morning.<\/p>\n<p>The workouts, which are free of charge, will feature five<br>\naerobic instructors, including Vicky Burki, Berti Tilarso,<br>\nAntonius, Fifi Sijangga and Lody.<\/p>\n<p>The instructors will lead participants through various aerobic<br>\nexercises, including fun aerobics, salsa, dangdut  aerobics and<br>\ncardio-dance.<\/p>\n<p>Singer and dancer Denny Malik and film star Silviana Herman<br>\nwill also join the aerobic workouts, which will start from 7 a.m.<br>\nand end an hour later.<\/p>\n<p>The schedule will be aired live by private television station<br>\nAnteve on the Primaraga Spesial program.--JP.<\/p>",
