        "content": "<p>Fraudsters detained for cheating workers<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Jakarta Police named two people, identified as RS and<br>\nJS, as suspects for taking billions of rupiah from 1,040 workers,<br>\nwho were promised work in Japan.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. I Ketut Untung Yoga Ana<br>\nsaid that each of the workers paid the two Rp 32 million from<br>\n2004 to 2005, but they did not keep their promise to send the<br>\nmigrant workers overseas.<\/p>\n<p>\"We declared them suspects after 10 migrant workers reported<br>\nthem to us.
