All preparations for welcoming the pilgrims, considered guests of\nGod, have been fully mobilised. Upon arrival at the dormitory, pilgrims\nwill undergo an efficient reception process before being formally handed\nover to local committees for transportation back to their hometowns.\n\u201cAlhamdulillah, everything is ready. We held three meetings, two offline\nand one online. All equipment is on-site, and all staff completed\ntraining on 30-31 May 2026. Insha\u2019Allah, all is prepared,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
According to the schedule, Kloter 1, carrying pilgrims from\nProbolinggo Regency, will land first at 8:25 PM WIB. This will be\nfollowed by Kloter 2 at 9:20 PM, Kloter 3 at 10:20 PM, and Kloter 4\nclosing the arrivals at 11:20 PM.<\/p>\n
In addition to being predominantly made up of pilgrims from\nProbolinggo Regency, the initial four kloter also include combined\npilgrims from Surabaya, Malang, and Sidoarjo.<\/p>\n
After administrative checks in Surabaya, they will be transported to\nvarious regions across East Java and received by local committees.<\/p>\n
