        "content": "<p>Four factions in the Gianyar Regency Legislative Council (DPRD) have\nstated their acceptance of the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda)\nconcerning the Accountability of the 2025 Fiscal Year Budget\nImplementation for further discussion. The stance was conveyed during\nthe 2nd Plenary Session of the Gianyar DPRD with the Gianyar Regency\nGovernment on Friday (3\/7\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Gianyar Deputy Regent Anak Agung Gde Mayun said that all factions had\ndelivered their general views along with a number of inputs regarding\nthe draft regulation. \u201cFrom the four factions that presented their\nviews, all stated that they accept the draft and will proceed with\nfurther discussion regarding the Accountability of the 2025 Fiscal Year\nBudget Implementation,\u201d said Deputy Regent Mayun.<\/p>\n<p>Mayun noted that strategic views, suggestions, and inputs on the\nRaperda had been delivered. The PDI Perjuangan and Perindo factions\nassessed that the Raperda on the 2025 Budget Accountability is part of\nan evaluation process to ensure alignment between planning and budget\nrealisation. This evaluation is considered important as a basis for\nimproving and refining budget management in the following fiscal\nyear.<\/p>\n<p>The next view was presented by the Golkar Party faction. The party\nopined that every rupiah of the budget spent must provide tangible\nbenefits to the community. These benefits include improving the quality\nof public services, equitable development, regional economic growth, and\nenhancing the welfare of the people of Gianyar Regency. \u201cWe appreciate\nthe success of the Gianyar Regency Government in obtaining an\nunqualified opinion. This success is also followed by improvements in\nthe quality of development, public services, and benefits that are\ndirectly felt by the community,\u201d said Golkar faction member I Gusti\nNgurah Ariasa.<\/p>\n<p>Following Golkar, the Gerindra Party faction presented its view.\nGerindra opined that the Gianyar APBD has demonstrated a strong\ncommitment to Development and Social Expenditure, but remains\npredominantly input-oriented. Lastly, the view was delivered by a member\nof the United Democrat Faction, Anak Agung Oka Kalam. Kalam stated that\nthe implementation of the APBD is a concrete form of the regional\ngovernment\u2019s commitment to realising quality public services, improving\ncommunity welfare, and achieving sustainable and equitable development.\n\u201cWe hope that the Gianyar Regency Government will continue to prioritise\nstrategic sectors such as MSME empowerment, social protection, cultural\nand environmental preservation, and strengthening bureaucratic reform,\u201d\nsaid Kalam.<\/p>",
