        "content": "<p>Four con artists captured<\/p>\n<p>PEMALANG, Central Java (JP): The Police captured a gang of<br>\nfour local traders, one of them a woman, suspected to have<br>\nswindled hundreds of million rupiah from their trading partners,<br>\nthe Antara news agency reported on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Chief of the district police Lt. Col. Soedibyo said the<br>\nsuspects had been on the wanted list because they had often been<br>\nreported for cheating people.<\/p>\n<p>He said the suspects claimed they could multiply their<br>\npartners&apos; money and make them rich without toil as long as the<br>\npartners gave them a certain amount of money.<\/p>\n<p>He said the gang&apos;s well-dressed members usually drove a sedan<br>\nwith Jakarta license plates and used to bring along a suitcase<br>\nfull of bank notes to impress their victims.<\/p>\n<p>Soedibyo said five persons had reported to the police that<br>\nthey had fallen victim to the gang.
